With the continuous development of lithium battery technology,lithium-ion battery application prospects are also more and more broad.But by the battery manufacturing technology and power management system technology constraints,lithium batteries need a large number of single cells in series to provide adequate supply voltage and drive power,In the course of using the lithium battery pack,the difference of each single battery is often neglected to further expand the inconsistency between the batteries,which in turn causes the battery in the system to overcharge,undercharge or even over-discharge,which seriously affects the lithium battery pack use and maintenance.Therefore,this paper mainly designs a balanced control system for Multi-cell series lithium batteries,designs a reliable equalization circuit and an optimized equalization strategy to solve the current lithium battery inconsistency problem.This paper first compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current equilibrium topology,designs a DC/DC composite equalization circuit,and completes the design of the related parameters of the equilibrium topology.This paper first compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current equilibrium topology,designs a DC/DC composite equalization circuit,and completes the design of the related parameters of the equilibrium topology.Aiming at the influence of voltage,current,temperature and other factors on the consistency of the battery,the hardware acquisition system was designed.The hardware design of the lithium battery equalization system was completed by the voltage accuracy of the equalization system and the effectiveness of the equalization circuit verified by the charge-discharge equalization experiment.Then,the purpose of equalization control is clearly defined,and the remaining battery capacity is used as an equilibrium criterion to estimate the SOC based on the open circuit voltage method and correct the maximum actual usable capacity of the battery cells to calculate the remaining battery capacity.Keywords: lithium-ion battery pack;equalization circuit;residual capacity;Markov decision;Android development.Based on the equalization circuit,this paper proposes the Markov decision algorithm to balance the single cells in the lithium battery.Using Markov chain to calculate the optimal transfer path to estimate the transferred power,the equalization effect of the equalization system is improved,and the accuracy and validity of the Markov equalization algorithm are verified through experiments,and the design of the equalization scheme is completed.Finally,based on the Android environment,using AS software to build a cell balancing system mobile phone platform,Through the overall architecture of the planning system,the functional modules of the system are divided and the database is designed.Three main functional modules of the system are implemented,and the functions of each module are analyzed and implemented in detail.The decision process of the Markov algorithm is applied and the design of the mobile terminal of the equalization system is completed.
