Lithium battery packis a sophisticated system. However, currently many problems exist in the management on this battery pack. There is a huge waste of energy utilization and meanwhile, improper managementsystem will severely reduce the service life the battery pack. For this situation, this thesis proposes the conception of energy bus combining the definition of bus, and using a balanced managementsystem of lithium battery packbased onenergy bus.With the STM32 chip based on ARM Cortex-M3 as its processor, and coordination of functional circuit, it realizes the multi-task managementthrough transplanted specific ?C/OS-? operating system. Also its systematic functions are implemented by the coordination of functional software. This system can have an efficient balanced managementon effective lithium battery pack. And meanwhile, it can send the messages of its battery pack to the server via GPRS Internet, so as to have a general data analysis on the battery and test its condition. GPRS net is almost available all over our country. It has a fast data-transmitting speed and long transmitting distance, so highly reliable that it is quite suitable for the long-distance monitoring of the battery pack.The system will have a regular collection of messages on voltage and current in a single battery of the battery pack. Then it will test the condition of lithiumbattery pack through micro-processor chips, in an attempt to make sure if the system is in need of balance. At the same time, the system will send the collected information to long-distance server according to certain agreement pattern. When estimating the soc of single battery in the lithiumbattery pack, after analyzing and comparing the merits and shorts of the current figuring method on Soc, this thesis designs Kalman Filter Methods to estimate the Soc. In terms of server communication, this thesis introduces the way of realizing internet connection and the establishment of data communication agreement.This system has fewer lines and a simple structure, which is quite fit for standard production. After testing, it can implement the expected functions with a good extensive quality and stable operation.
