With The power unit of rotor UAV is actually an important part of UAV system,which directly determines the efficiency and working state of UAV.The purpose of this paper is to model the power plant of rotor UAV and test the related physical quantities in the power plant.The paper obtained the quantitative relationship between different physical parameters of power device in unmanned aerial vehicle.Considering the actual experimental conditions and the understanding level of UAV system,the paper only studies the operation of a single rotor in the condition of no incoming and fixed position.Based on this,the research on rotor unmanned aerial vehicle power plant is mainly divided into three aspects:Firstly,this paper completes the design of the test system for the rotor UAV power plant.This paper is designed for measuring the mechanical platform of propeller thrust,developed using STM32 microcontroller as the lower computer acquisition circuit of multi parameters and multi channel core.From the acquisition unit of the lower computer,the rotor thrust and speed,the armature current of the motor and the temperature rise data of the electric power element are obtained.The data are sent to the computer through the serial Bluetooth module,and the data are displayed and saved by the Lab VIEW host computer software.Secondly,the paper established the input and output model of the power plant and the model of temperature rise for the electric power element,which are composed of the motor model of the brushless DC motor,the aerodynamics model of the rotor,the model of the electronic governor,the shell of the electronic governor and the temperature rise model of the motor shell and the coil.Through the analysis of the model,we can get the torque equation of the motor driving load,the temperature rise equation of the electric power element and so on,and discuss the influence factors of the thrust efficiency of the power plant.At last,using the test system to obtain the data of the current,speed,rotor thrust and temperature rise of the specific point,and then calculate the specific parameters of each equation in the model,and finally get the concrete embody of each physical quantity of the power device under the specific experimental device and the specific experimental conditions,and draw the prediction curve between the variables.According to a certain range of data obtained from experiments,the experimental curves of different variables are drawn.In this paper,the fitting degree between experimental curves and prediction curves of different variables in each group is higher,which shows that the dynamic model established in this paper is reasonable to some extent.
