As one of the most widely used mechanical equipment,motor plays an irreplaceable role in all walks of life.Abnormal operation of the motor will produce severe vibration and abnormal noise,which will seriously affect people's daily lives.Therefore,the detection,analysis and suppression of motor vibration and noise has been attracted more and more attention.In the past decades,digital signal processing technology has developed rapidly.The application of digital signal processing method to detect motor vibration and noise signals has also become a feasible method.In this paper,the vibration signal of the motor is taken as the research object,and its simulation and digital signal processing are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of motor vibration and noise,the relationship between motor vibration and noise is deduced.Theoretically,it is proved that it is feasible to detect the sound power level of motor noise indirectly by detecting the acceleration signal of motor vibration.On this basis,the method of motor vibration signal analysis is expounded.Secondly,the hardware design of vibration signal detection circuit is expounded in detail.The two order Butterworth low pass analog filter is designed by Multisim software and the amplitude frequency and phase frequency response of the filter are analyzed.At the same time,the design of the voltage uplift circuit is completed.The simulation results show that the voltage rise circuit meets the design requirements.Then,the software part of vibration signal detection system is introduced in detail.The software part is mainly divided into the following parts: data acquisition,data processing and analysis,data management.This part realizes real-time online detection and analysis of motor vibration.By analyzing the vibration signal of the motor,the cause of abnormal noise emitted by the motor is found out.Using this system to test the Y112M-2 asynchronous motor,this experiment can reflect the frequency domain characteristics of the vibration signal when the motor is running.Analyzing the frequency of vibration signals in the frequency domain determines the type of failure of the Y112M-2 asynchronous motor.Analysis of experimental results proves the correctness and reliability of the monitoring system,and can complete non-electrical signal detection and processing.It can also be used to detect and diagnose the operating status of the motor and achieve the desired results.
