Signal processing analysis can provide solutions for engineering machinery vibration noise reduction and identify noise source, it’s one of the important content in the process of engineering machinery vibration noise reduction and it has been rapid development as a discipline in recent years. With the rapid development of construction machinery industry in recent years and people on the improvement of engineering machinery comfort requirements, people pay more and more attention on engineering machinery vibration noise reduction and vibration noise signal processing analysis gets more and more people’s attention.The topic mainly combining with professional practice thorough enterprise develops engineering machinery vibration noise processing analysis system under Windows interface according to the enterprise’s actual requirement in the vibration noise signal processing analysis. The system is developed with Matlab language which provides a rich function library and sets the scientific computing, data visualization, programming and other functions in an easy to use development environment at the same time. Matlab has become one of the basic software the researchers need to master.The system is mainly processing the TDMS format vibration noise signal and it is divided into two modules, signal reading module and signal processing module. The signal reading module can accomplish TDMS test files batching reading, arrangement and classification. The signal processing analysis module is divided into vibration signal processing analysis submodule and noise signal processing analysis submodule. The vibration signal processing analysis submodule can realize the frequency spectrum analysis of the vibration signal, vibration transmissibility analysis of time domain and frequency domain. The noise signal processing submodule can realize the frequency spectrum analysis of the noise signal, A-weighted sound pressure level, one-third octave analysis, sound quality objective analysis and so on. The system can convert the processing analysis results to corresponding graphics and realize the rapid storage of the processing analysis results.The core algorithm of the system is based on Fourier Transform and the theoretical foundation of related algorithm including Fast Fourier Transform and related issues, vibration transmissibility of time domain and frequency domain, acoustic indicator algorithm and the concrete algorithm of sound quality objective assessment indicator, is introduced in chapter3of the paper. The concrete implementation in Matlab of related algorithms and the details of related algorithms using in Matlab are explained in the paper by using actual test signal. At the same time, the paper also puts forward the interface design and using method of whole system and every module, and at the end of the paper, the signal processing analysis results got by using the system is compared with the commercial software analysis results to verify the correctness of the system algorithms.
