Design And Implementation Of NGN Softswitch Network Based On Provincial Power Services

Softswitch network system is the key technology of next generation network(NGN),which has the opening architecture and a variety of ways to provide services. It is a new network which contains voice, data, fax and video. It will gradually replace the traditional function of a single circuit-switched networks.lt is a inexorable trend of modern communications network development. As a key technology of integration of various networks and quickly multi-service carrier, so ft-switching technology embodies the ideals of separation of business and network and also separation of control and bearer. Through the software design to achieve functions just like call connection control and business processing is the hard core of NGN technology.Facing all kinds of requirements of the status of provincial power communication, it is imperative to consider how to use new ideas and new switching technology planning and designing the power exchange network. The development process and broad prospects of NGN technology is described in this paper. It also studys the characteristics and advantages of NGN, and makes clear the necessity and importance of studying the evolution of traditional networks to NGN. It focused on how to carry NGN soft-switching business above power data communication network and designed the network structure of the NGN soft-switching business; Combining the status of power exchange network routing and the coding rules of State Grade, designed the routings of running NGN soft-switching network and the power executive network at the same time; According to the provincial accounting principles of the electric power enterprise and the billing situation between power exchange network and operators, it discussing the designing of the provincial NGN billing system after the NGN soft-switch network is completed; Finally, with the status of power data communication network and switching network, designing NGN redundancy system to complete the construction.The status of provincial power switching network is analyzed in this paper. Combined with the existing network and the earlier study, a NGN network programs that based on soft switch is proposed, and discussed the NGN soft-switching application of electric power communication in Shanxi. Due to the NGN in the country is not used in large-scale electric power communications applications, and a massive funds is put into the traditional exchange of electric power communication network which will continue to play a role in a period of time. Therefore, how to take full advantage of previous funds input and seamless evolution from the existing network to NGN soft switch network combined the current situation of the enterprise network are discussed in this paper, which has a highly direction and significant realistic meaning and that has definite reference value of the communication network transform of power companies and the formulation of communication plan.
