With the rapid development of smart grid,the number of services on the power wireless private network is continuously increasing.There exist the problems that the spectrum resources of power wireless private network are scarce and the transmission quality cannot be guaranteed well.One of the important reasons is that the traditional uplink resource scheduling method of LTE,which is the basic techonlogy in wireless private network,cannot completely satisfy the requirement of service transmission.Therefore,the uplink resource allocation strategy needs to be improved to increase the network resource utilization,expand the network capacity,and guarantee the effective transmission of the power service.This paper puts forward a novel uplink resource allocation method to jointly guarantee the service's security and QoS in LTE-based wireless private network,and an uplink resource scheduling mechanism for power service based on NB-IoT and LTE hybrid transmission,respectively.In the proposed uplink resource allocation method,we prioritize the various services according to the safety provisions property and service quality requirements of them and use time slot isolation to insulate power services from different security division.In the uplink resource scheduling method based on NB-IoT and LTE hybrid transmission,the number of the accessed services and the utilization of spectrum resources can be improved greatly by the proposed hybrid transmission strategy.Besides,neighborhood cell interferences cannot be ignored since the strategy is put forward in a multi-cells environment.The spectrum sensing technology is adopted in this paper to detect the neighborhood interferences,and the model of resource scheduling problem is proposed for avoiding co-channel interference,then an improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is suggested to solve this model.This strategy can obviously.improve the terminal access number and the cell throughput in power wireless private network.In conclusion,several un-solved problems in power private wireless network are address by these proposed uplink resource allocation methods,such as the inconsideration for some power service properties,the insecurity of service transmission and the low utilization of spectrum.The network performance is further improved and the QoS of access terminal can also be ensured.
