| In recent years,the construction of infrastructure projects in our country has been steadily advancing,and the project contracting model has also been innovated.Many important projects have been completed.The level of innovation and mechanization has also been continuously improved.The effect of mechanical equipment management has become an important constraint on construction safety,quality,cost and other links.factor.Good management of machinery and equipment will help improve construction efficiency,ensure construction safety,and reduce construction costs.On the construction site,there are frequent occurrences of equipment management running,dripping and leakage,and the safety awareness is weak.Safety accidents caused by negligence or failure of mechanical management are not uncommon.From the company management to the project management team,they have tried every means to strengthen equipment management.However,it is still difficult to quantify the effect of these management methods.How to carry out the mechanical equipment management evaluation of construction projects has become an important research topic.From the perspective of highway construction projects,this paper studies the evaluation of equipment management effects.First of all,through the grounded theory for literature analysis,the objectivity of the data fields is guaranteed from the beginning,and the primary and secondary coding and the spindle coding are gradually formed.At the same time,interviews are conducted to obtain the evaluation indicators of equipment management.Based on the above two kinds of information,an indicator system is established.This method is different from the traditional interview method.It introduces the literature analysis of grounded theory,improves the objectivity of the data,avoids the blind spot of thinking inertia,and makes the index system more complete.Secondly,on the basis of the formed coding system,the importance of each level is judged and assigned to the comparison matrix,and the judgment relationship matrix is formed.The weight of each index is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and the weight index of each level is determined and the consistency test is carried out.Finally,an evaluation model is formed.Finally,taking the B project of China Railway A Bureau as an example,it explains the current status of the project’s mechanical equipment management and the problems it faces.Using the questionnaire method,a questionnaire survey is carried out for each index of the evaluation model formed in the B project of China Railway A Bureau.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analyzes the score of each index,determines the comprehensive management level of project machinery management and its weak links,and strengthens it in a targeted manner.The research results provide theoretical support for the implementation of the evaluation of the mechanical equipment management effect of highway engineering projects.It can not only scientifically measure the mechanical equipment management level of the project,but also provide a clear focus and basis for further optimizing the management method and improving the mechanical equipment management level of the engineering project.It can also provide a certain reference for the evaluation of mechanical equipment management effects of similar engineering projects. |
