With the advancement of technology and economy,my country's logistics industry is booming.As the most important transportation equipment,it is of great significance for enterprises to improve the reliability level of trucks to gain stronger brand competitiveness.This paper aims at the systematic management and analysis of reliability data for the light trucks of Nanjing SAIC DATONG Automobile Co.This paper describes the current status of vehicle reliability research at home and abroad,analyzes the current status of enterprise reliability information management and actual needs,proposes a closed-loop reliability data processing process,and completes the light truck reliability data management and analysis system Overall design.At the same time,this paper analyzes the classification and source of reliability data,and designs a data acquisition device based on the vehicle OBD-? interface to read vehicle data by communicating with the vehicle ECU.In the process of light truck reliability research,this paper fits the distribution of the sample data of the distance between vehicle failures and determines its reliability function,then takes brake system and driving system as examples to study the application of FTA and FMECA in vehicle reliability analysis,and used the fuzzy evaluation method combined with FMECA to improve the traditional FMECA for its defects.Finally,this paper uses Delphi 7.0 as the foreground development tool and SQL Server2008 as the background database to realize the reliability data management and analysis system,and introduces the overall design of the system database and the ADO-based database connection method,also analyses and displays each functional module of the system to realize the systematic management of users,vehicles and fault information,which satisfies the actual requirements of the enterprise for the reliability data management and analysis,and provides a basis for the subsequent reliability engineering research of the enterprise.
