| The energy-saving of thermal power enterprises can effectively improve the utilization rate of primary energy,which is important to the overall promotion of energy conservation,emission reduction and low-carbon development in our country.However,current researches on thermal power plant energy-saving focuse on the thermodynamic system mostly,while neglecting research on coal handling system.According to estimation of relevant experts,the loss of coal caused by wind,rain and mismanagement exceeds 3 × 107 tons annually in the storage of coal handling system,with a direct economic loss of billions of dollars.Therefore,the research on the coal handling system of thermal power plant,and studies on its energy-saving level,which will guide the further exploration of potential of energy-saving.The coal handling system of thermal power plant is complicated,involving multiple processes,lots of resources,and containing a variety of equipment.In order to analyze the energy-saving level of the coal handling system clearly and avoid neglecting important energy consumption work,this paper decomposes the coal handling work by Work Breakdown Structure.Then,the ideology of Process Analysis in Fundamental Industrial Engineering was introduced into the energy consumption analysis,using the chart of the improved Process Analysis to analyze the energy consumption of the main coal handling work.Through above methods,the main factors that affect the energy-saving of the coal handling system could be found and provided a scientific method for index determined.Based on the analysis of energy consumption,this paper followed the principle of index system construction,and established a scientific index system of energy-saving evaluation of coal handling system.Then,based on Fuzzy Theory and Range Transformation Method,the qualitative and quantitative indexes were standardized.Subsequently,the combination weighting method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Method,was used to distribute the index weight.The Matter Elements Analysis Method was used to evaluate the energy-saving level of the coal handling system comprehensively.Finally,taking the coal handling system of a 2 × 600 MW thermal power plant as an example,this paper studied the energy-saving level by using above methods,and put forward some targeted solution.The empirical analysis not only verified the reliability of the evaluation method,but also illustrated the scientific nature of the index selection.This paper can find out the key indexes by using Process Analysis and evaluate the comprehensive energy-saving level by using Matter Elements Analysis Method.Doing as above methods,we can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of coal handling system in thermal power plant accurately and propose targeted improvements.It is of great practical significance to improve the energy-saving level of coal handling system in thermal power plant. |
