In order to guide the optimization of energy-saving of coal-fired generating units,this paper studies the physical model,working characteristics and new energy-saving technologies of coal-fired generating units to further explore the potential of energy-saving optimization of coal-fired generating units.Based on the analyses of the working processes of main equipments of coal-fired power generating units,the components of the steam turbine,condenser and preheater in the EBSILON calculation software were perfected,the improved components are validated based on the manufacturer’s design data and test data,the result shows that the perfected components wold improve the accuracy of the EBSILON computing platform.Based on EBSILON software,a complete coal-fired generator system model is established.Taking a supercritical 600 MW coal-fired generating unit as an example,the energy consumption characteristics of coal-fired generating units with operating parameters,equipment performance and system structure changing are studied.Coupling effect and the cause of coupling effect are analysed,the energy-saving optimization of coal-fired generating units were explored further.Aiming at the new energy-saving technology called BEST system,the capacity selection and configuration of the extra turbine in the BEST system is studied.The results show that the capacity selection and configuration of the extra turbine of the BEST system depends mainly on the main steam pressure.In order to study the problem of the enthalpy distribution of the BEST system and the selection of the reheat pressure,the data exchange interface between MATLAB and EBSILON was compiled.The optimization parameters of the BEST system were optimized with MATLAB optimization toolbox,and the characteristics of optimum enthalpy distribution and optimum reheat pressure of the BEST system was obtained. |
