Abstract/Summary:
CHP is a efficient product method which is combined with the production of thermal energy and power.Comparing with the method of separated output heat and power,it can save about one-third of the coal,and the overall efficiency can be increased from 50% to 75%.In this paper,I analyze the North Union Baotou of the second thermal power plant #4 unit on changing the high back pressure,in the meantime,I analyze the change of heating consumption rate and coal consumption rate of # 4 unit and the benefits that brought the economic benefits and the environmental benefits by # 4 unit after calculating the transformation of the power plant roughly.The heating method of High back pressure cycled water’s heating is to increase the pressure of waste steam in the condenser,thereby increasing the temperature of chilled water.In order to increase the unit cycle thermal efficiency,condenser is used as a heater for heating the heat supply network and the chilled water is used as cycled water in the heat supply network directly It provides a reference example for the future transformation of the high back pressure in the thermal power plant.With the promotion of the energy conservation,this heating method has become the inevitable trend of Chinese heating units.
