| Supplying heat by circulating-water in high back pressure condition is increasing the exhaust steam pressure in condenser which is decreasing vacuum and increasing circulating-water reform the condenser to the heating system.The cool water of the heating system is used in common as the condenser circulating-water.It can make full use of latent heat of vaporization to heat circulating-water and reduce the cold source loss to zero.Thus it can improve the cycle thermal efficiency of the unit.This method reduces the amount of heating extraction,increases the heating area without any increase in unit.Considering the short construction period and the remarkable economic benefit in many of the heating enterprise the method is put to use.Under the encouraging and facilitating of national energy conservation and emissions reduction policy,power plants reform condensing unit to heating unit if they meet the requirement of heating conditions.This has become an inevitable trend.Now,many domestic enterprises have completed the reford and the economical efficiency has been increased.Based on the theoretical research and performance analysis,aiming at the high pressure heating reformation of a 300 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired unit in Baotou,the necessity,feasibility and engineering design scheme of the reconstruction are analyzed.Considering the main technical parameters,the pipeline material form and the suitable operation parameters were defined.In addition,the present paper provides reference for the high back pressure heating reformation of the domestic coal-fired units. |
