| Central heat-supply is the primary heating form in north region.In order to meet the heating demand,some heating enterprises began to upgrade their central heating equipment recently.One of methods is to form high back pressure heating units by upgrading the pure condensation heating units or extraction condensation heating units.The high back pressure heating unit can be heated by circulating water.At the same time,the spent steam pressure in the condenser will be increased greatly,which means that the cooling water is heated by reducing the vacuum degree.Therefore,the heating system must be retrofitted to ensure higher heating efficiency.With the higher efficiency requirements and environmental requirements,the heating mode for the circulating water is enhanced by the vaporization of the condensing steam unit,which bring more challenges and opportunities in equipment upgrading and upgrading.The paper is a research on the 300MW Steam turbine unit in Harbin Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the high back pressure heating unit was proposed based on the actual operation parameters of the unit.Secondly,the high back pressure heating unit was reformed.The comprehensive performance is compared data before and after the equipment reform,which including the adaptability of steam turbine,the adaptability of the central thermal network system,the operating condition of the low vacuum retrofit unit,and so on.According the analysis results,the whole heating system was optimized and adjusted.Then the thermal balance of the system was compared and analyzed under different typical working conditions.Finally,the economic analysis of 300MW high back pressure unit is carried out.Through the technical reform and renovation,the high back pressure circulating water central heating system driven by the 300MW steam turbine can run well and be controlled reliably,which can provide more stable and continuous heat.Meanwhile,the technical renovation can reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution,which have good social and economic benefits. |
