The Exploration Of New And Old Campuses Opening To Public Based On The Harmony And Symbiosis With Blocks

Since the promulgation of(Some suggestions on further strengthening the management of urban planning and construction)at beginning of 2016,the block system has attracted the general attention of various circles.Meanwhile,as for the proposal of the concept of “supply-side reform” that based on economic development and the social media buzz about whether the university campus should be open to the public,as well as the examples of foreign university campus construction,the author recognised it is necessary and essential for people to have better understanding of the concept of block system development and supply-side reform,which promotes the opening of university campus and the symbiosis of urban integration,as well as promoting the sharing of campus facilities in cities from the perspective of “supply-side reform”.This essay is aim to critically analysis the feasibility and the suitable strategies of the opening of the new and old university campus,which involves into the essence of the integration of block,the campus road system and facilities service during opening,and the extent to which the system and facilities service can help the city to develop.This essay is based on the characteristics of the construction of the university block.Firstly,according to the theory and practice of “block” and “university campus open to the public”,the author take the timeline as a reference and combs through the history of development and the final development patterns.Based on China’s national condition,the author summaries the reality need of campus opening and social symbiosis.Secondly,the author reviews and evaluates the development of China’s higher education,and consider that the construction and development of university campus in Hefei city.From own subjective perspective,the author proceed the comparison of the selected objects at the campus level.Then,based on objective data,this essay simulation analysis and assessment the situation of the overall central urban area,campus and its surrounding under the current situation from three levels in terms of the macro road network density,medium life convenience degree,microscopic facilities service efficiency.Finally,according to the results of comprehensive subjective qualitative analysis and objective quantitive comparison,the author divide the opening types of the university campus.In addition,a campus external opening model selection model is constructed based on special objects,the author also summarise the suitable strategies for opening the university campus to the public.The research results show that there are differences in the types of opening during old and new university campus.On the one hand,it is because of differences in their own characteristics of planning and construction,on the other hand,it is affected by the spatial relationship between the city and the campus.Under different types of opening to the outside,the opening methods are also different.For example,the new campus need to pass road network density comparison and using convenience degree facilities and outside-in hierarchy type of exploration,and the old campus will be expected to focus on how the campus style facilities open to the public.This essay takes the new and old campus of the same university in the central city of Hefei as the research object,and evaluate the differences of each new and old university campus construction by means of the subjective qualitative.Then this paper analyzes effects of different opening models by city data.Finally,according to the above two steps,gets the suitable strategies for opening the university campus to the public.
