Research On Campus Planning Strategy Of Block University Based On The Concept Of Integration Of Three Districts

The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress emphasized that science and technology are the primary productive forces,talents are the primary resources,and innovation is the primary driving force.Institutions of higher learning highlight the regional context of the region and promote the introduction of regional talents.The development and change of campus planning is closely related to the introduction of national policies,the attention of relevant departments and the countermeasures made by the school,and is in a continuous and dynamic development.At present,as the country attaches great importance to higher education,the university running mode is developing towards diversification and integration,and the land for running schools is expanding constantly.Most of the schools adopt the methods of expanding and merging,expanding along the old site,and gathering into university towns to realize the effective sharing of resources.However,in the process of expansion,the overall allocation of land and rapid planning have made many campuses traversed by urban streets,forming the shape of blocks.Problems such as scattered layout of functional groups,interrupted connection of characteristic features,and contradiction between traffic system and urban traffic flow have appeared.The planning and design of Chinese block-type university campus is still in the exploratory stage,and both theory and practice need further development to improve.Compared with the traditional closed university campus,the block-type university campus should not only consider the rational allocation of internal resources,but also pay attention to the harmonious coexistence with the city,surrounding industrial science and technology parks and public communities in the campus planning,so as to better promote the synchronous and efficient development of urban education,science and technology and quality of life.From the theoretical perspective of the integration of three areas,this paper analyzes how to better share resources with the city,promote regional innovation with science and technology parks,and share environment with public communities in the planning and design of block-type university campus.By combing through the integrated development of block university campus and city at home and abroad,and the current situation of Chinese block university campus,this paper tries to summarize the common problems appearing in the planning and design of block university campus.In view of the problems excavated,this paper further puts forward the design guiding principles of block-type university campus from the perspective of three-district integration,the planning and design objectives of three-district integration of block-type university campus and the planning and design strategies of three-district integration of block-type university campus.At the same time,I had the honor to participate in the block university campus practice project led by my mentor--College of Arts and Science of Yangtze University.I tested this planning strategy system with the actual project,and completed the interpretation of the integration concept and practice of the three districts.In order to provide reference value for future planning and design strategy of block type university campus.
