In view of the insufficiency of the armature winding manufacturing equipment in the JHI20001 series starter motor,this topic proposes an enamelled flat copper wire forming machine that can be completed in a single process in order to better meet the production needs of the enterprise manufacturers,based on the existing conditions.And this topic proposes make design and research of key technologies on the enameled flat copper wire forming machines.Firstly,according to the production requirements and processing requirements of the flat copper coil winding products,this paper briefly analyzes the defects existing in the cutting and forming process of the original equipment,and on this basis,it carries out improved design and feasibility analysis.In the existing cutting device,the shape of the incision of the enameled flat copper coil cannot meet the requirements,and secondary treatment is required.In addition,there are vibrations and shocks in the cutting process,which have a great influence on the cutting accuracy.In order to solve the above defects,we designed a secondary force-cutting mechanism for the wedge lever and analyzed its working principle,mechanism characteristics and movement process,determined the required cutting force and cutting stroke,and finally completed the selection of the cutting device actuator.In order to satisfy the shape of the incision,a cutting knife was designed and the forming principle of the required quadrangular pyramid incision was analyzed.In order to verify whether the cutting device meets the design requirements,we used Solidworks software to establish the three-dimensional model of the cutting device and the simplification of the model,and took steps to complete the pre-processing of the ADAMS analysis of the cutting device.Then we simulate the speed,acceleration and displacement of the model during the movement of the model and the changes,and analyze the smoothness of the movement of the device.Due to the limitations of the original molding device,the entire machine cannot be fully automated,requiring manual participation in key processes.Therefore,we proposed an overall molding method,and carried out mechanism design,principle analysis,and calculation of related parameters for the bending and cupping mechanism in the new molding device.Finally,we perform modal analysis of the cupping mechanism to require high working accuracy to obtain its natural frequency and various modes.And through the calculation and analysis of the working vibration frequency and natural frequency of the organization,it is determined that the cupping mechanism will not be resonant,and the rationality of the design of the cupping mechanism is verified.
