| In this paper, connected devi ce of aircraft rescuer traile r is designed and sim ulated. Rescuer trailer is a rescue device which can move the aircraft to a safety area when there is an emergency, such as the aircraft losing its mobility caused by the landing gear damaged or tire bursted. According to the location of landing gear damaged, rescuer trailer can be com bined with connecting device. Designing and analyzin g the structure of the connecting device can ensure the reliability when the rescuer trailer is combined.Firstly, connection device with various connecting ways is modeled by using Solidworks software upon on B737-800, and the structural of connected device is compared.Secondly, the three-dimensional m odel is imported into ADAMS to establish a virtual prototype model, which is added param eters and constraints, and then m odal neutral file which was generated in ANSYS is im ported into the flexible body. So the rigid body is replaced by the flexible body, and the rigid-flexible coupled model is established.Thirdly, the operating conditions of trai ler combination are proposed, and for each condition the dynamic simulation of trailer combination with three connecting ways is carried out in ADAMS. The curve of the operating conditi ons and force at the point Marker of the bolt holes of the connection device is obtained, and then the sim ulation results of dif ferent conditions are analyzed and compared.Finally, the lo ad file which ne eds to be imported to ANSYS is genera ted after the dynamic simulation, and then it is loaded in the connection device model of ANSYS. The results of the static analysis of the connection device, such as deformation, displacem ent, stress and strain, can verify the reliability of its strength. |
