Underground pipe is important basic information for urban construction,planning and management.It carries varieties of matter flow,information flow and energy flow,and plays an important role in city's economic development and civilization.The paper utilized ArcGIS multi-source geographic information integration management,spatial query,analysis and auxiliary decision-making ability;Applied C/S architecture structure,based on.net framework,and used ArcSDE spatial database engine and oracle 11g r2 database management system;combined with C#+ ArcEngine technical and based on Fuxin City geographic information public service platform,to build underground pipe theme database and realize data sharing.The paper took advantage of One Map's SOAP of map service interface,called public platform electronic map and remote sensing image service,and composed with pipeline project data stack,as a result of realizing dynamic update of pipe data and various queries and statistics.The system made a special symbol library to achieve dynamic symbol.The paper brought about some functions,such as cross-sectional analysis,vertical cross-sectional analysis,pie chart,bar chart,etc.by means of analysis of GIS,and then learned the spatial distribution of underground pipe as well as spatial location between adjacent pipe,played an important role in urban planning,urban construction,urban manage.The paper introduced geographic information spatial framework of Digital Fuxin,and technical route,overall design,database design,functions of comprehensive pipe information system of Fuxin.The Establishment of comprehensive pipe information system of Fuxin achieved dynamic management of underground pipe and improved greatly pipe manage work on efficiency and in quality.
