BIM technology originated in the United States,Since 2002,it has been introduced to the construction industry in China,with the rapid development of computer technology,At present,the traditional two-dimensional design is still used in the integrated pipeline design.This rough pipeline comprehensive arrangement is only schematic,Unable to meet the challenges of increasingly complex buildings for engineering designers,Application of BIM technology to integrated pipeline design industry,It is the breakthrough point of pipeline design upgrading and the inevitability of historical development.The fundamental purpose of this paper is to analyze the practical method and value of applying BIM technology to the integrated pipeline design industry.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and application of BIM,The application of BIM technology in the optimization of integrated pipelines is deeply analyzed.The key points and application process of BIM technology in the optimization of integrated pipelines are summarized.At the same time,the Revit software of Autodesk company is used as a tool,Using a project's equipment integrated pipeline,an underground garage project integrated pipeline,a project sprinkler system as a practical case,collaborative design and actual optimization analysis of BIM.Through actual case ansalysis,the optimization and layout problems of various collision coordination and integrated pipelines are solved.Before the installation of integrated pipelines,engineering managers can not only see the accurate 3D visualization building system on the terminal equipment with the help of project results,can also design and communicate with the plane drawings,section drawings,elevation drawings and node drawings derived from BIM.Before the construction,it is found that the design errors are missing,avoiding unnecessary cost increase and prolonging the construction period.Application of BIM technology to the practical case of comprehensive pipeline layout optimization,The optimal layout of the integrated pipeline enables the designer,the constructor,the equipment manufacturer,the supervisor and the builder to intuitively see the effect after the completion of the project,Use software collision checking function to identify problems and process them ahead of time.It will play a certain role in the application of BIM technology to integrated pipeline installation engineering,and even in the field of building engineering.
