Interpersonal relationship management is critical for development of companies.It plays a very important role in stimulating the creativity of employees and realizing both of the value of enterprise and employees.In recent years,the national manufacturing industry is facing downward pressure,many manufacturing companies are facing transformation challenges and other risks.For Liaoning Beichen,the leading local hydraulic industry of Fuxin,it is important to maintain the dominant position by strengthening the internal management of enterprise.So far,the Beichen company has carried out certain exploration and practice in interpersonal relationship management.However,under the new developing situation,it is quite critical to make scientific diagnosis for management situation of the enterprise internal relationship and make targeted improvement.The paper adopts methods of questionnaire and qualitative interviews to make quantitative analysis of the interpersonal relationship management of Liaoning Beichen.It finds that the management system of internal interpersonal relationship and incentive measures are imperfect,the staff's willingness to participate in management is low and the labor disputes increase.The reasons for the above problems are that managers can not effectively make decentralization,communication channels are blocked,the enterprise team building is imperfect,and the employees' sense of belonging is low.Accordingly it comes up with the improvement scheme which includes strengthening the degree of employees,participation in management,broadening the channels of participation,improving the degree of information's sharing to make the employees fully share enterprise information,accelerating the construction of enterprise culture to enhance the enterprise identity,increasing employee care project,implementing the employee care plan,and so on.This paper has practical significance for improving the human resources management of Liaoning Beichen,and it can also be of reference to similar enterprises.
