With the development of China's cement,mining,electricity,metallurgy,waste disposal,fast loading and long distance conveyor field of heavy use,the demand for trestle that is the main parts of belt conveyor are more and more,and its static,dynamic performance and light requirement are higher and higher.Because of the limitations of the existing rectangular section of trestle and its own conditions,it is difficult to meet the requirements.Therefore,it is of important theoretical and practical significance to study the new type of belt conveyor trestle.Based on the analysis of the problems in the existing rectangular cross-section belt conveyor and the demand for the performance of the belt conveyor trestle,the new configuration of the circular cross-section belt conveyor is proposed.Secondly,the whole structure and main components of the circular cross-section belt conveyor trestle are designed by using the theory of material mechanics and structural mechanics.Thirdly,the static and dynamic characteristics and the lightweight analysis of the main components of the circular cross-section belt conveyor trestle and the existing rectangular cross-section trestle are analyzed by theoretical analysis and finite element simulation analysis.Because of the comparative analysis,and ultimately proved that compared with the rectangular cross-section stack,the design of the circular cross-section bridge with better light quality and better static and dynamic performance.The circular cross-section trestle designed in this paper also has the advantages of windproof,dustproof,easy maintenance and low cost.Therefore,the research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for better satisfying the higher performance requirements of modern related industrial development to belt conveyors.
