At present,the common form of external insulation of exterior wall thermal insulation,insulation,insulation and insulation sandwich,the sandwich insulation system has obvious advantages,but the sandwich insulation system is currently only in the northern area of our country mature applications,along with China's construction energy conservation work shift from north to south,be applicable to the study of hot summer and cold winter the sandwich wall system is very important.This paper is based on the experience of the application of sandwich wall in north area and area of hot summer and cold winter climate conditions,suitable for sandwich wall construction in hot summer and cold winter area and tie effect on thermal performance,seismic performance of sandwich wall is studied,the specific contents are as follows:Comprehensive domestic sandwich wall experience,the national standard and the area of hot summer and cold winter climate conditions of each part of sandwich wall(inner wall,outer wall,insulation layer,air layer,connectors)material selection arnd dimensioning research,and puts forward the material and size of each part is suitable for summer the sandwich wall in hot summer and cold winter area.Some of the problems encountered by analyzing the application of sandwich wall sandwich wall structure design should pay attention to the problems and the traditional structure of the comprehensive consideration of thermal,fireproof and dampproof performance on climate conditions and wall in hot summer and cold winter area,to design and optimize the beam,side window,window head,window,wall and drainage Tiaoyan,air conditioner outdoor unit pick plate,parapet,cracks,wall plinth and balcony nodes,and proposes node detail.6 groups of sandwich wall finite element model was established by finite element software ABAQUS,and the low level of Zhou Wangfu on the loading plane,analyzes the stress and damage characteristics of sandwich wall components in the plane of the mainland under the earthquake,the pull connector spacing,pull connector type and pull connector effects the diameter,vertical pressure,cavity thickness and other factors on the seismic performance of sandwich wall plane.The steady-state heat transfer model of sandwich wall was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS,the temperature field of sandwich wall and heat flux density field pull connector parts of proof connectors have certain effects on the thermal performance of sandwich wall;and the entire sandwich wall steady heat transfer model was simplified,improve the calculation speed,reduce the difficulty of modeling;9 groups of steady state heat transfer model is established by simplifying the model of tie bar spacing,pull connector type,pull connector diameter and pull connector number per unit area,the thickness of the insulation layer,the material thermal conductivity and other factors on the thermal performance of sandwich wall effect by comparison,puts forward proposals for each member of the set.On the condition of Changsha climate,to tie the local position of the wall of the inner surface of the wall thermal resistance analysis and analysis results show that the condensation,then pull a local position to meet the minimum requirements of wall thermal resistance,and no condensation.The research work of this paper can provide some reference for the application and popularization of sandwich wall system in hot summer and cold winter zone and subsequent research,which is beneficial to the promotion of building energy saving work from north to south.
