Building energy efficiency can reduce energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions and improve people’s current living environment effectively, in order to achieve the sustainable development of human society. Combine with summer and cold winter region’s economic and climate characteristics, studying the feasibility and effectiveness of double insulation system wall in the summer and cold winter region has important practical significance and value in engineering, the main contents of this paper are as follows:l.The influence of temperature and humidity to material thermal conductivity are researched on,the result shows that,the moisture content (humidity) have a greater impact on the thermal conductivity of the wall’s constituent material; according to the climatic characteristics of summer and cold winter region, compared with the influence of moisture content on the thermal conductivity of the constituent materials, the temperature difference (temperature) of the material thermal conductivity can not be considered.Then according to the results of the test measurement data, the material test data are fitted with the Matlab software, and get a fitting equation with a very high regression, and provide a basis for the study of the wall heat transfer coefficient.2.In-depth study has been conducted on the thermal performance of double-sided insulation wall system.Thermal performance test double-sided insulation wall system with different sickness and combination has been made,the determination results show that the45mm (within18mm+outside the27mm and27mm+outside18mm) and54mm (both inside and outside the27mm) double-sided insulation wall system can satisfy the building energy efficiency standards and needs for the summer and cold winter; at the same time this paper researches double-sided insulation wall system whih a structural column. Through the studies: double-sided insulation wall system thermal bridge effect is not obvious, will not affect the energy-saving insulation effect of the wall.3.Economic analysis on double-sided insulation wall system has been done, on the basis of above study. The analysis showed that, the full cost of the energy-saving measures can be recovery after being used eight years. After the recovery of investment costs, higher economic benefits can be get (reduce carbon emission).The results and conclusions of the double-sided insulation wall system shows that, the application,popularization and promotion of double-sided insulation wall system have a high application advantage in the summer and cold winter areas, especially in energy saving in existing buildings. Meanwhile it avoid the past risk of poor fire-resistant performance of building wall energy-saving materials.
