As the construction market going mature and standardized,the EPC general contracting project has been widely used in many large-scale construction projects depend on its efficient and standardized mode of operation.At the same time,because EPC general contracting project has large demand for resources,many subcontractors,long working time and many other characteristics,when in the material management process,the general contractors is usually prone to communication inefficient,repetitive work and other issues,these issues not only increase the total cost of the project,but also delays in schedule,because material can not arrive on time.Therefore,using supply chain management in EPC general contracting projects,will promote the sharing of information among the participating enterprises,strengthen communication efficiency,improve supply chain benefits.but how to adjust the supply chain mode of the enterprise supply,and minimizing the cost of supply chain cooperation are questions that needs to be considered by the engineering units.This paper first studies the relevant literature at home and abroad,and master the research status of supply chain in the project,and then,whether the material in the general contracting project needs to be reworked,to divided the project resource supply chain into two types:the one is resources shipped from the supplier to the subcontractor witch will be used,the other one is the supplier can not provide the finished products directly,only can provide raw materials or semi-finished products to the general contractor,need the general contractor to carry out secondary processing resources.Analyze the cost of these two resource supply chain components,the expression of the joint cost of the two resource supply chains is obtained by calculation.Secondly,compared with the traditional optimization algorithm and intelligent optimization algorithm,and combined with the characteristics of EPC project,such as complex projects and variable factors,choose to use the particle swarm optimization algorithm in the intelligent optimization algorithm.Using Matlab software to simulate and realize cost optimization of material supply chain.At last,through the specific EPC general contracting project case,analyze the calculation parameters of the two types of resource costs,using the particle swarm algorithm to write these two types of resources cost optimization program,using Matlab software to simulate and find the order amount and order time of the resource under the optimal cost.Through research on the total cost model of supply chain,EPC general contracting project supply chain cost and order times,order amount have a relaitionship.This paper analyzes the joint cost model of the supply chain that requires the general contractor to reprocess the material,with the change of n,the total cost curve will have a minimum within a certain range,beyond this range,the total cost will increase.Through the analysis of the cases,make some suggestions on how to enhance the efficiency of supply chain management and play the advantages of supply chain during the process of EPC general contracting project material supply chain management,provide a reference to the supply chain-related enterprises.
