The Research And Design On Millimeter Wave Front-end Module

The front-end is widely used in guidance,radar and electronic countermeasure system.The millimeter wave transceiver front-end,which can achieve effective signal transmittance,reception,amplification transformation and directly affect the performance of the whole reception system,is an important part of fuse.The thesis is focused on the study of the millimeter wave transceiver front-end.Firstly,the operational principle of the millimeter wave transceiver front-end is described.The detailed design plan and principle diagram of the assembly are proposed based on the technique parameters and design discipline of the front-end.The front-end includes source,transmitting branch and receiving branch.Then,the modules of those branches such as DROs,filters,switches,low-noised amplifiers and mixers are introduced.The operational principle,design,type selection of these modules and the simulation verification of DROs and filters are discussed.Finally,the millimeter wave transceiver front-end is designed and realized based on project analysis of the anterior individual parts.The test results show that the developed transceiver front-end entirely meet the project technique parameters requirements.
