At present,with the rapid development of our society and economy,the transformation and upgrade of the bridge is also constantly moving forward.PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs have achieved rapid development as it makes full use of the material properties of concrete and steel,beauty with its economy,lighter weight and higher prestress efficiency.This kind of bridge structure in Europe,the United States,Japan and other developed countries has been widely used.and engineering quantity is significantly reduced by replacing the concrete web with corrugated steel web,which is greatly convenient to construction.Therefore,we need to study the PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs for the engineering experience and related technical support in the future.Based on PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs of xingtai-hengshui highway as the research background,we mainly do the following jobs:(1)This paper summarizes the structural features and mechanical characteristics of PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs,including shear behavior,flexural behavior,torsional behavior,distortion behavior and connecting performance.Then analyses the advantages and disadvantages of PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs,and finally puts forward the research content and technical route of this paper.(2)Based on PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs of xingtai-hengshui highway as the research background,the FEM of the bridge for professional design software Midas/Civil.Mechanical properties in lateral direction and longitudinal direction are analysed.The design calculation is carried out for PC box girder bridge of with corrugated steel webs in the serviceability limit states and ultimate limit state.(3)The buckling characteristics of the corrugated steel webs of PC box girder of with corrugated steel webs are analyzed.The calculation methods of shear buckling of corrugated steel webs are studied at home and abroad.Three kinds of shear buckling are calculated PC box girder bridge of with corrugated steel webs of xingtai-hengshui highway.The stability of PC box girder bridge of with corrugated steel webs.(4)The characteristics of PBL connectors are introduced.The classification of shear connectors is summarized.The horizontal shear force between corrugated steel webs and concrete slab is analyzed with engineering examples,and the force of the shear connectors between the concrete slab and the corrugated steel web is analyzed and calculated.
