Evaluation And Study On The Influence Factors Of Prefabricated Construction Site Based On Safety Perspective

With the vigorous development of the construction industry in our country,the security problems of the construction industry is increasingly protruding,safety is the premise of the quality and efficiency,as long as there is accident happened,no matter size weight,will brings to the construction smoothly,bring damage to the benefit of the enterprise,brings to the social burden.Moreover,some important and special major of construction safety accidents will directly affect the social stability,so we for the economic development in the construction of socialist harmonious society at the same time,strengthen the research of construction engineering safety production management work and study is very necessary.This article through to our country and the existing construction safety analysis and comparison are made on the comprehensive evaluation system,fully based on predecessors’ research achievements for reference,combining with the characteristics of prefabricated construction,and according to the accident cause theory,construction hazard theory and prefabricated building construction characteristics.1.Evaluate the prefabricated construction hazards,the hazards caused by the economic consequences,the degree of casualties,the time limit for a project impact,such as probability and exposure time for initial screening indicators and get the focus of construction safety management work.2.Give full consideration to the construction characteristics of prefabricated construction,from the personnel quality,process equipment and technology,safety management,environment factors to establish the initial index system,by using the theory of rough set theory of reduction index reduction.3.Construct the safety evaluation model of prefabricated building construction using attribute mathematics.Prefabricated construction in our country to promote pilot cities to choose the typical project,try to cover different regions and cities,establishing index system after the screening,try our best to reduce the prefabricated building construction safety impact of the regional differences.An example is selected to analyze the validity of the model and evaluate the safety level of the prefabricated building construction.
