In recent years,the number of large trailers in our country has grown explosively.The transportation capacity of large trailers has greatly improved the efficiency of transporting goods.However,a series of illegal phenomena such as overloading and speeding have followed.Severe safety hazards also objectively require us to design a system with a large trailer safety inspection to facilitate our tracking of multi-trailer transportation in real time.With the continuous popularization and application of information technology in our country,the organic combination of GPS,GSM,and GPRS wireless communication becomes more and more realistic.The design of the system can understand the driving state of the vehicle in real time.The vehicle monitoring system timely collects various kinds of data information such as vehicle speed,shaft temperature,brake temperature,tire pressure,brake maneuverability,user interaction,etc.,and can dig out and process it,so as to obtain very useful information.Greatly improve the level of customer service and ensure safe operation.This thesis firstly introduces the current situation of large-scale trailer transportation at home and abroad,analyzes the defects of the existing vehicle monitoring system in transportation,and then analyzes the design system of this thesis to introduce the functions that need to be implemented.The paper discusses both hardware and software.This design adopts GSM/GPRS technology to design a system capable of detecting the safe state of a large trailer at a long distance,by collecting various required data information such as vehicle speed,shaft temperature,brake temperature,tire pressure,and the maneuverability of the brake.The vehicle safety information is monitored at the service end to monitor the running status of the vehicle and the corresponding measures are processed to further improve and optimize the system,so that the system can make relatively good practical information and enable it to do the entire vehicle information monitoring system.Contributions to achieve social intelligence.The article describes the design process from the following aspects,and provides detailed introductions from various aspects.The following contents are the three main aspects of the system design:(1)Data acquisition of vehicle performance.This information is the organ of the entire vehicle,and it is related to whether the vehicle can be safely driven.The main components are the shaft temperature,brake pad temperature,tire pressure,and vehicle temperature.In the entire circuit design,the actual analysis of each acquisition system is required,which requires reasonable chip selection and good circuit processing on the hardware.(2)Processing and transmission of vehicle information.This part needs to select the processing chip and the long-distance communication module,which is mainly to pack the obtained data in the terminal,and then transmit the data to the server through a long-distance communication module.(3)Information display.The core of this module is to collect information on vehicle positioning and vehicle safety status.Through the graphical interface design in visual studio,the vehicle safety information interface is designed to display the current running status of the vehicle,and the running track of the specified time period can be conveniently extracted according to the needs of the user.Through the accurate positioning of the vehicle and the reproduction of the vehicle trajectory,it can provide very important basis for the development of scientific and optimized scheduling management solutions.The system has the characteristics of two-way transfer of data,and wireless remote monitoring.This wireless monitoring system includes a monitoring center and a remote monitoring terminal.Remote monitoring terminal includes: vehicle system;communication module;various data acquisition modules;monitoring center: mainly use visual studio to develop software programs.
