With the rapid development of digital technology,the products of high voltage power supply have higher requirements in the fields of defense armament,aeronautics,scientific research,national medical treatment,industrial production and so on.All digital control,fault intelligent diagnosis,real-time monitoring of output voltage and more reliable power topology are the inevitable trend of the development of high voltage power supply.At the same time,the application of new theory and new power electronic devices constantly promote the development of power intelligence.Under this background,this article has researched and developed a type of digital high voltage DC power supplying with a new main topology.At present,the main topology of the common high voltage DC power supply consists of four parts,rectifying filter,high-frequency inverter,high frequency transformer and high voltage rectifier.This structure is simple and mature,but there is no voltage stabilizer between the rectification filter and the high frequency inverter,so the output voltage of the power supply is affected by the input voltage.At the same time,the generation of high voltage is only promoted by high-frequency transformer,and the power output ripple coefficient is large.So a new type of main topology is proposed in this paper,a new DC chopper is added to the original main topology to stabilize and adjust the DC voltage of the input inverter,so as to improve the accuracy of the output voltage of the power supply and the reliability of the topology structure.First,this paper introduces the background,significance and development trend of the research,and gives the difficulties of the research.Secondly,the working principle of the main topology is analyzed,and the working principle and performance characteristics of the dual input Sepic DC converter(ISOS-Sepic DC converter)in the topology structure are analyzed in detail.After that,this article analysis the main topology that is able to achieve high voltage DC output.Then,the output mean voltage staggered control strategy is proposed for the ISOS-Sepic DC converter,and the influence of the output mean pressure on the converter is analyzed when the parameters are mismatched under the control strategy.At the same time,the digital PID closed loop control is adopted for the full bridge inverter,high frequency boost and double voltage rectifier to realize the stable control output voltage.Finally,based on the above analysis,the parameters of the main circuit parameters and control circuits are designed,and the parameters of each component in the main topology are determined.At the same time,the main control circuit,the staggered circuit control circuit,the driving circuit and all kinds of sampling and protecting circuits are designed with the ARM chip as the control core.And the main circuit and its control strategy are used in the Matlab/Simulink simulation software used in the experiment.Simulation is carried out,and then the experimental prototype is made based on the simulation validation,which is verified by experiments.
