With the development of science and productivity,the apply of switching power supply covers many industrial fields.For example,electroplate smelt and weld,and so on.In these fields,switching power supply plays an increasingly vital role in supply.It leads to higher request to power capacity.On the one hand,it requires more power density to DC supply.On the other hand,it requires to improve the reliability.In enlarging power capacity,The previous centralized power has been gradually replaced by serial or parallel modular power supply.This paper,which combines with the research of high voltage DC,focuses on the implement of high voltage DC and the voltage ripple cancellation.For the high voltage DC source,it needs higher electrical performance for electron component and it’s difficult to design and manufacture the large capacity and high ratio transformer when only use single DC module.In order to realize the high voltage output,the topology of output series is applied.For the topology of output series,the interleaving control technology can decrease the voltage ripple.While set two DC module output series as a starting point,finally,derive the cancellation effect for the output voltage ripple when n(n≥2)power module are output series.According to the calculated circuit parameters,It is simulated by MATLAB/Simulink.Simulation results indicate that it’s effective when using interleaving control to decrease voltage ripple.The results also verify the feasibility and effectiveness of interleaving control technology.The experiment system is established and the control program is finished.Finally,combine software with hardware to debug and validate.The experiment results shows that the interleaving control can effectively decrease the output voltage ripple,reduce output filter capacitor’s capacity,improve the power density of the system and save hardware cost.
