DC power supply is a very important power electronic device.With the development of science and technology and the continuous progress of society,although low-voltage DC power supply has been commonly used in many occasions,high voltage DC power supply is used as power supply equipment.Based on practical engineering problems,this paper develops a high-voltage DC power supply with a rated output of 200kV/25 A.Compared with the characteristics of large output ripple and low output voltage of traditional high-voltage DC power supplies,this paper will use the principle of switching power supply for design.The AC voltage is passed through the pre-stage step-down transformer,rectifier filter link,inverter link,transformer boost link,and output rectifier link to obtain high-voltage direct current.The input is 10kV/150 Hz three-phase alternating current,and the output is 200kV/25 A direct current.The front stage uses a step-down transformer to input low voltage AC to the system.The input rectification part uses a 12-pulse uncontrolled rectifier circuit and the inverter part uses IGBT For the three-phase three-level inverter circuit of the switching device,the control part adopts the PWM control technology,uses TMS320F2812 as the core of the control circuit,designs the driving circuit and the protection circuit,calculates the parameters of the electronic components of the circuit in detail,and gives Specific selection suggestions,detailed design of the output rectifier transformer parameters,a special explanation of the diode series voltage equalization problem,and finally the feasibility and rationality of the design scheme were verified by computer simulation.
