Research On Space Optimization Of Creative Industry In Tiexi Old Industrial Area In Shenyang

Shenyang Tiexi Old Industrial area was one of the most important comprehensive industrial bases in China.It made great contributions to China's industrial development and economic construction.At the end of the 20th century,due to the reform and transformation of Chinese state-owned system,the Tiexi Industrial area moved from glory to loneliness.At the beginning of the 21st century,under the influence of the policy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base,Tiexi Old Industrial area carried out a comprehensive renovation.Just a few years time,with land transfer Tiexi old industrial area has changed rapid.Dramatic changes of the economic transformation successfully happened in Tiexi Old Industrial area.However,the speedy update can not tolerate the full reflection and measurement,a large number of industrial heritage damage occurred in the moment of history.This paper takes the creative industry space as the starting point and the area urban space update as the background,explores the optimization of the creative industry space to the renewal of Tiexi Old Industrial area for three aspects:area environment,urban space and cultural characteristics.Based on the research of several creative industries in China and abroad,analysis of several urban renewal cases,the article puts forward the analysis of the three aspects from the fusing inside and outside area,strengthening the area dominance principle and forming the divergence space of the central core.And discussed the relationship between creative industry space and regional urban renewal space.In view of the current situation of urban renewal in Tiexi old industrial area,some methods of optimizing the urban renewal space in the creative industry space are put forward according to the western space development strategy of Shenyang:the function compound of the resident space,the function conversion of the industrial reserve space and the urban creative landscape space optimization.Industrial culture is Tiexi old industrial area unique cultural quality facing the difficulties of inheritance.From the perspective of planning,landscape and architecture,the paper puts forward the combination of protection and development as the historical space,industrial landscape and old industrial building,which provides the theoretical guarantee and practice basis for the inheritance of industrial culture.The article system will be creative industry,life mode,space form,industrial culture and other factors were integrated and summarized put forward feasible solutions.The paper has practical significance to the renewal practice of Tiexi old industrial area,and also enriches the theoretical achievements of the old industrial area.
