Research On The Interaction Between Cultural Creative Industry And Urban Renewal

Along with the upgrading of development stage,the driving force of a city or region will change its core driving factors.That is to change from material elements to innovative elements such as culture and science and technology.For residents,the improvement of living standards have brought about a change in demand,and the demand for cultural and spiritual factors is higher than before.As a result,in terms of industrial structure,the development of environmentally friendly,low-consumption and high-return cultural and creative industry has been valued.However,as the cultural and creative industry is an emerging industry with insufficient theoretical research and practical experience,problems gradually emerge in the development process.At the same time,after decades of rapid economic development in China's reform and opening-up,contradictions in urban renewal have become increasingly apparent.In order to implant cultural and creative industry in the process of urban renewal,a comprehensive analysis of their interactive development can be carried out,so as to realize the enhancement of urban development strength,which is also the inevitable requirement of the times.Compared with the development in practice,there are still big defects in the theoretical development in this field.The author believes that the existing research has not overall analyzed the correlation between urban renewal and the development of cultural and creative industry from the depth of theory and the breadth of practice.In previous cases,some large and medium-sized cities were analyzed,but there was insufficient attention to small cities.The model innovation and practice of urban renewal led by cultural and creative industry in Shizhong District of Jinan City has reference value for the renewal practice of China's large and medium-sized cities.In this context,through the analysis of the concept of cultural and creative industry and urban renewal and the research on the development process,this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between them.Taking Shizhong District of Jinan City as a concrete example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems of its cultural and creative industry and urban renewal,studies the interactive development of cultural and creative industry and urban renewal in Shizhong District of Jinan City and puts forward some suggestions.
