Study On Street Space And Landscape Renovation Of Small Blocks In The Chadianzi Area Of Chengdu

Since 2016,the Chengdu adopts the system of regulations promulgated a series of "small blocks",comprehensively promote nine demonstration district construction began in 2017,to build a batch of mutual integration,vein patency,appropriate industry livable organic blocks.Chadianzi area is one of the nine demonstration district,Chengdu district focus a lot of old village,street road quality is low,traffic chaos,with Chengdu change "north" and "small block the construction of" big background,the street space and landscape transformation of integrity within the area a good time.In this paper,four 200-meter*200-meter small blocks at the intersection of Chadianzizheng Street and Yipintianxia Central Ring Road in Chadian Subregion are studied.The scope is based on residential and commercial housing in the 1990 s and around 2000.The newly built high-rise residential buildings are mainly occupied by residential areas;the overall road traffic conditions are relatively good;the usage rates of some streets such as Chadianzi Hengjie are low,and the vitality of the streets is lacking.Through the analysis of the status of the street space and street landscape in the study area,the problems existing in the street space and the street landscape are obtained.On the social level,there are problems such as lack of street vitality and lack of cultural blocks.There are problems such as unsightly building facades,mixed old and new communities,insufficient street development,and inconspicuous street space order in the street space.There is insufficient street greening and street furniture in the street landscape.Although the transformation of street space and landscape is only the trans-formation of the physical space environment of the street,the factors that affect its transformation involve the physical space and the social level.Loss of the original residence,the reduction of community residents’ identity,the closed residential area management model,and the population structure of the neighborhood have fundamentally affected the process and effect of the street reconstruction;street space is reserved for a small amount of land,and new and old districts are mixed.The nature of single land use and other physical factors restrict the design of specific plans for street reconstruction.The analysis of the factors affecting the street transformation further indicates the direction for the transformation.On the analysis of the status issues and influencing factors,a plan for the transformation of street space and street scapes was drawn from the perspective of urban design.Through the change of residential management modes,the integration of street functional spaces,the transformation of street side interfaces,the redesign of community recreation plazas,the design of pedestrian guidance in street spaces,and the harmonious coexistence of old and new communities,the transformation and design of street space will be realized,and at the same time,Symbols are extracted and used,the greening of the sidewalks is improved,and the greening of neighborhoods is increased to improve the landscape environment.
