Cycloid steel ball transmission is a kind of precision transmission with small tooth difference,which has the characteristics of compact structure,strong bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency.With the development of industry,the precision of the reducer is more and more demanding in modern industry,especially the robot joint reducer,and the precision is measured by the error.Therefore,according to the main influencing factors of cycloid steel ball transmission error was analyzed.The sensitivity analysis of influence factors on the transmission error,so as to obtain the relationship between error and accuracy,provide guidance for the manufacturing of cycloid steel ball transmission design and processing,but also has the reference significance for other planetary gear.The cycloid steel ball transmission error was studied in-depth in this paper,and the relationship between error and return difference was found.The error sources,error modeling,error probability model,Monte Carlo simulation and accuracy allocation of cycloid steel ball transmission were researched on this paper.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the cycloid steel ball transmission return difference comes from the inherent error of manufacturing error,installation error device assembly error by analysis the structure of cycloid steel ball transmission,and using circumferential clearance to indicate the error of these two types of errors are analyzed in detail.Secondly,the relation between the error and the return difference was found,and established mathematical model.The error model of the cycloid ball planetary transmission system was obtained by the relationship between errors.The system return difference model obtained by the relationship between mathematical model of error and return difference.The probability distribution of each error factor analysis,established probability model error,then the mathematical expectation and standard deviation of the error was obtained by the probability model,and the mathematical expectation and standard deviation of the system was obtained by the properties of probability function.Finally,the simulation programming system error generation of cycloid steel ball transmission was used the probability model and the Monte Carlo in MATLAB,and the corresponding error of the system return difference by using the example of the cycloid steel ball transmission simulation.The cycloid ball machining accuracy using different parts of error simulated by this method,and the sensitivity of error effect was obtained by processing,then the suitable of tolerance method selection in the accuracy requirements of the given appropriate tolerance was obtained.The correctness of the modeling method was verified by using the accuracy of the system simulation and by comparing with the actual sample.Then the efficiency ofprocessing and manufacturing were improved and precision to avoid waste by using this method.
