Research On Planning Of Tourism Township Development Based On LID Theory

China's overall economic growth has slowed in the past few years and entered the new normal of economic development.New normal take the improving of quality and efficiency as the basic characteristics,coordinate speed,quality and benefit to cultivate new growth point,is the key to achieve economic and social development under the new normal,tourism is one of the pioneer.In the other hand,the tourism consumption potential of our residents has just begun to be released,enhance consumer demand and diversified trend,the more economic developed,the more living standard of residents improved,consumption structure change from the basic living consumption to the experiential consumption,the greater the demand for tourism,become the "perpetual motivation" of domestic demand growth.Under the comprehensive action of various factors,the tourism development of township and rural areas has entered the stage of rapid development.Unfortunately,the development process of tourism development is short of effective and reasonable guidance and control,which has caused serious damage to the sensitive ecological environment of the township.Town planning,tourism planning,historical and cultural town protection planning of the road,not to the overall tourism development of effective control,cause frequent contradiction departments at all levels and the related interest subjects.Academics have largely focused on the study of rural environment in the township of culture protection,township and village space form,etc,for the villages and towns basic natural ecological environment of the related research emphasis is low.This series of reasons for rural areas constantly encountered in the process of tourism development vegetation area reduced,such problems as soil erosion,environmental pollution,villages and towns of ecological system on the verge of crisis.These phenomena are obviously contrary to the green sustainable urban and rural development strategy proposed by the state.Based on the above reasons,this paper studies through the use of low impact development related ecological protection concepts and technologies,applied to a tourist town development and construction,based on the premise of the protection of ecological environment,to create natural environment and landscape conditions conducive to the development of rural tourism.Articles from the plight of the rural tourism development and problems in the tourism planning,this paper combined with the existing rural tourism development pattern research and the analysis of development strategy of national level of villages and towns,using of low impact development,rural landscape design concept and technology,puts forward a tourism town planning method of space elements,construct the ecological base of rural tourism development,promote sustainable development of the villages and towns of the green,at last,through the practice of case,apply and evaluate their effectiveness.There are five chapters in this paper,which are divided into three parts: status research,research of planning method and practice.The first and second chapters are the first part: elaborating the background of the subject research,defining the object and scope of the research,analyzing the relevant research status at home and abroad,and sorting out the research methods and framework of the thesis;Then it analyzes the relationship between township development and tourism development,and puts forward the target requirements for the development of township tourism in combination with the analysis of national development strategy.The third and fourth chapter for the second part: to summarize the existing township and village tourism development mode,analysis,to find,in accordance with the requirements of these weaknesses as well as the planning objectives of relevant theory to comb and analysis;Aiming at the various spatial elements in towns and villages,this paper puts forward the method of tourism development planning aiming at building sustainable ecological foundation with relevant concepts and technologies.The fifth chapter is the third part: combining with the specific project,the author puts forward the method of tourism development planning in the article and evaluates it.Finally,the research contents of the subject are summarized and prospected.
