Hibiscus syriacus L.,a traditional and ornamental plant in China,not only has high ornamental value,but also has edible,medicinal and chemical application values.Through the industrial development,Hibiscus syriacus can play great ecological benefits,social benefits and economic benefits.Under the social background of supporting the transformation of agricultural development mode,improving industrial integration and advancing industrial bases of leading industries and construction industries,Hibiscus syriacus industrialization is imperative.The current Hibiscus syriacus industry in China is still at its early stage.To explore how to realize the Hibiscus syriacus industrialization,this thesis analyzed the achievements,challenges and potential solutions in the Hibiscus syriacus industrial development at the present stage through investigation,research,and the integration of theory and practice.Applying the Hibiscus syriacus industrialization development model to the planning of agricultural industry leading agro-ecological tourist park and building Hibiscus syriacus eco-agricultural tourism park maximize Hibiscus syriacus industrial profits.In China,the germplasm resources of Hibiscus syriacus are abundant and Hibiscus syriacus can be planted widely,which indicates good industrial development foundation.But the protection and utilization of Hibiscus syriacus are insufficient.Hibiscus syriacus industry is restricted by the mode of production,comprehensive factors of market mechanism,scientific technology,leading to its unbalanced development among different regions in China.The association of Hibiscus syriacus flowers,food and medicine industry is so low that fail to form a complete industrial chain of Hibiscus syriacus.The potential solution of the industrial development is to follow the market rules to implement the specialization,standardization,intensive production processing and management in the Hibiscus syriacus industry.Horizontally and vertically integrated development of Hibiscus syriacus industry will improve the development of industrial cluster and realize the complementary advantages.The compatibility of Hibiscus syriacus and eco-agricultural tourism park is demonstrated from the aspects of ecological function,production and industrial development of Hibiscus syriacus,eco-agricultural tourism park is the best industrialization platform for Hibiscus syriacus.The planning and design of eco-agricultural tourism park with the leading Hibiscus syriacus industry is analysised.Combining the related principles in landscape ecology,industry economics and recreations,the planning method is resulted in the combination with industry planning,landscape planning and recreation planning.This thesis studied the base in Bijia Mountain Township in Yiyang city of Hunan province.Through analyzing the basic conditions of construction,background and development potential in the base,this thesis established the planning and positioning,development idea,industry target,general layout,function partition,management,operation mode and implementation strategy of the park.With the local advantages of Hibiscus syriacus industry as the foundation to enhance processing,the first industry is promoted by the second industry.Tourism as expansion,drives the first industry by the third industry.A collection of production,the science popularization,demonstration,training,sales for the integration of modern Hibiscus syriacus industry eco-agricultural tourism park is created.
