With the development of social economy,the level of urbanization in our country is getting higher and higher,and the volume of the construction industry has been increasing steadily in recent years,and people's individual needs for construction have become more and more abundant.Ground-based infrastructure projects are highly concealed and dangerous.They often become the pain points for quality management in construction projects.Accurate data on the construction site must be obtained to ensure the quality of the project.BIM technology,with its excellent visualization,simulation and optimization,has improved the efficiency of information communication among all participants of the project,and has created conditions for improving construction quality management.For the management pain points in the process of foundation construction,BIM was introduced to establish a quality management information system with a view to improving quality management efficiency.The research results of this article are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Through a large number of literature studies and case studies,the common quality problems in the construction of foundations are summarized,and the factors that influence the quality problems are analyzed.The factor analysis methods are combined with the business development process to analyze the factors affecting the quality of foundation engineering..(2)Combining the influencing factors of the business process and construction quality of the users of each participant system in the construction phase,the system functional requirements were discussed,and the functions were defined,and the non-functional requirements satisfying the system functions were clarified.Select the appropriate information technology for the system requirements and introduce the application method.(3)Based on the results of system demand analysis,a construction quality management information system based on BIM for foundation engineering was designed,and its data transmission architecture and program modules were discussed.From the conceptual layer,the main data relationships of the system were analyzed,and the entity attributes ER were obtained.The diagram lays the foundation for system development and implementation.(4)The system adopts WEB site-based access mode.It does not need to install special BIM software.Through the browser,it can manage the data and models in the cloud.It supports multiple project file formats to be converted in the cloud and retains the original file information intact.The system can realize lightweight,mobile and remote access,and improve the convenience of remote office and data query.(5)Using BIM visualization and parameterization,real-time monitoring of on-site environmental information such as support structure,hydrogeology and surrounding environment,and personnel machinery and other field management information through sensor and IoT positioning technology,and monitoring of each monitoring point.The information is associated with the BIM model and displays the corresponding colors in accordance with the information warning level,thereby enabling project monitoring and management visualization.The research results have certain reference value for further improving information communication efficiency and quality management efficiency of construction project participants.
