The FA pin-cycloid transmission is a new kind of cycloid planetary drive,compared with the traditional one,it has many improvements.FA pin-cycloid transmission is more compact on the structure,meanwhile it has greatly ascended on the transmission accuracy,transmission efficiency and carrying capacity,etc.Therefore,FA pin-cycloid transmission has been widely used in the field of transmission.Drive system has higher requirement for the transmission accuracy,especially some high precision drive system.So,making a accurate force analysis for FA pin-cycloid transmission is very important.Although previous studies for the force analysis has been introduced in detail,but it was based on the analysis of the cycloid gear in the case of average load,which lead to the error between the theoretical analysis and the experimental analysis.This paper aims to consider unbalance loading of transmission,making the overall dynamic force analysis.The FA pin-cycloid transmission reducer has three pieces of cycloid gear,and each piece of cycloid gear is under pin gear meshing force,cylindrical pin meshing force and turning arm bearing meshing force.The FA pin-cycloid transmission could be divided into 3 mesh chains according to the standard that the force situation of every piece of cycloid pin is divided into a meshing chain.Three pieces of cycloid gears distribute as 120 ° phase symmetry,which leads to the force state same.As long as one of the meshing chain is analyzed about the dynamic force distribution,force of the other two can be analyzed.By determining a state as the initial state,establishing a meshing time function of pin gear's phase angle and a meshing time function of cycloid gear's phase angle,the relationship among the three kinds of force in each of the meshing chain could be established according to the force balance of the cycloid gear.The cycloid pin could be looked as a cantilever beam,whose deformation has a great effect on the whole system.So,establish the relationship among the three mesh chains based on the cylindrical pin deformation coordination.Thus,the dynamic force analysis'mathematical model of the whole transmission system is established.Compile the overall dynamic force analysis system by VB6.0,and then regard FA45-29 prototype as the model,input its parameters,calculate three cycloid gears' transmission torque,pin gear meshing force,cylindrical pin meshing force and turning arm bearing meshing force.Establish 3D model of FA45-29 prototype through the Pro/E,import it into dynamics analysis software-Recurdyn and establish the coupled dynamics model.Obtain cycloid gears transmission torque curve,pin gear meshing force curve,cycloid pin,turning arm bearing meshing force curve and so on,which are compared with the theoretical calculated results to validate the proposed new force analysis method.Analyze the partial load condition and put forward improvement scheme by referring to the simulation data.Do optimization analysis to unbalance loading of FA45-29 prototype with three independent variables.Leave the variance of three pieces of cycloid gear transmission torque as the objective function,list the constraint equations and take its minimum yalue.Obtain the optimization results through compiling optimization analysis program by VB6.0.
