Sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China(50575089), analyzing the New Hy-Vo Dentiform Chain and its structure form, referring to the newest achievement of New High-speed Dentiform Chain Meshing Function and Its Design(50275062)(a project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China)---dentiform chain made by the inner-outer compound meshing machine, the dissertation puts forward the meshing mechanism and the design methods of the chain compatible with outer-meshing and inner-outer compond meshing mechanism with orderly arrangement. This kind of new Hy-Vo dentiform chain has the major virtues of both meshing dentiform chain with inside flanks and the one with outside flanks, especially suitable for the working condition of varied speed and load. Meanwhile, the gradual transmission of the inner and outer mesh makes the bearing weight alternative with the inside surface of the link plates pins and the inner and outer profile of the new Hy-Vo dentiform chain link plates. This not only reduce the wear of the chain link plates pins, but also makes the alternative change of the sprockets, which bring the result of the reduction of the wear of the sprockets and also improve the transmission efficiency of the dentiform chain fundamentally. The dentiform chain put forward in the paper, because of the dual effect of the varied- distance and the inner and outer compound mechanism, has realized the effects. The polygon domino effect can be reduced, noises, impact and vibration can be decreased, and transmission efficiency can be improved. The meshing mechanism is a kind of innovation to the meshing theory.The meshing design of the new dentiform chain and the gradual open sprockets plays an important role in guaranteeing the characteristics of transferring. On the basis of analyzing and calculating the specificities of the varied-distance of the new silent chain, it put forward the concept of equivalent side-centered distance and the design principle of the definite bias angle. Based on the research of the principles of meshing and rolling cut among new Hy-Vo chain, chain wheal and hob, this dissertation establishes the corresponding relation amonng the three, and puts forward the new design method of autonomous intellectual property rights, that can be applied to guilding the designing and calculation of new Hy-Vo chain, chain wheal and hob. The testing and the application in project have shown that this new design method is feasible. It has established the parameterized kinematics prototype of transmission Hy-Vo chain and chain wheal without the consideration of clearance between the new Hy-Vo chain working board hole and roll scabbard, and has laid the essential foundation for the dynamic design and research of new Hy-Vo chain working gear outline; established dynamic prototype of contact meshing transmission between new Hy-Vo chain and chain wheal which authentically reappear the dynamic characteristics of new gear chain's transmission; investigated the yawp characteristic of new Hy-Vo chain via the comparative test of yawp, which of the guiding significance in the machining and assembling of new Hy-Vo chain and chain wheal. The result has shown that this kind of new Hy-Vo chain is a transmission of new type which incarnates the chief merits of extra-meshing gear chain and complex gear chain.I.Based on the analysis of the changing joint distance of new Hy-Vo chain, this paper established the corresponding relation among new Hy-Vo chain, chain wheal and hob . When the hob normal gear distance and normal gear angle are fixed, the absolute value of the minus changing location coefficient will gradually decrease with the increasing of the gear number of the roll cut chain wheal. This is on the contrary to the changing law of the round scabbard gear chain wheal. The deviated location angleγand equivalent apothem f2 are the important design and calculation parameter of new Hy-Vo gear chain wheal. In the intervalθ=0~γbetween chain link striking angles, with the increasing of which, the patching increment ?p' scales up, while the equivalent apothem f2 becomes smaller; in the case that chain link turn angleθ=γ, its patching increment ?p' is most while the equivalent apothem f2 is smallest; when chain link turn angleθ>γ, with the increasing of which, the patching increment ?p' decreasing gradually while the equivalent apothem f2 scales up.Ⅱ. Based on the study of the meshing theory of the new dentiform chain Hy-Vo and sprockets, and without considering the plate holes of the new dentiform chain and the clearance of axis, building a new parameterized emulational model of new dentiform chain Hy-Vo and sprockets, with a result showing that the design and the model are feasible, and it provides kinematics and dynamics of new dentiform chain with valuable study means and also provides necessary basis for putting forward designing methods of working outline of the new dentiform chain.III.On considering the plate holes of the new dentiform chains and the clearance of axis and making use of the technique of multi-body dynamic we study and build new dentiform chain Hy-Vo-transmission contacting and meshing wallop model. During the study we applied the numerical value accounting technique emulationally studied by multi-body chain-transmission dynamic and studied the real physical phenomenon of the movements of the new dentiform chain. To understand the dynamic characteristics of the new chain we also studied the strain, wallop and libration between the chains. Through the emulaitional computer model we can veritably simulate and study the touching and meshing wallop between plates and sprockets during the transmission of the new dentiform chain, as well as study the contact change between the axis and plates, still the contacting force between joints and chains and the force between plates. The result of the study provides scientific methods for studying the characteristics of the new dentiform chains and effective means for studying the contacting change between the parts of the new chains.IV .Through the experiment of noise contrast ,this paper puts forward the low noise chariacteristic while new Hy-Vo silent chain works in high speed ,and also puts forward the scientific property and practicability of analysis and design method in chapter two, we studied effect of the change of central distance and joint distance on the new dentiform chains Hy-Vo which established the basis for national production of the new chains. Figure 1. The noise of the new chains amplifies as the speed of main chains increases. Obviously the characteristics of the noise are better than outside meshing chains and sleeve chains, studied the change of the measured distance of the sticks of the chains and its effects on the characteristics of noise. The experimentation result shows that changes of the chain wheel measurement over pins have important effect on the driving feature of the new silent chain, such as the driving and meshing yawp and the useful time, etc. The longer the chain wheel measurement over pins, the higher the meshing yawp is. The narrowing of measurement over pins may cause the chain wheel meshing position to move down to interfere with the chain wheel and the link joint might be deformed by serious pressure, which will cause initial failure. The chain wheel measurement over pins was decided by addendum coefficient which is the amount of feed that is produced by the hob goes along the chain wheel path. So in the course of chain wheel production, the hob amount of the feed must be strictly controlled; especially the chain wheel measurement over pins should not be too close. After researching on the effect of the changing width between centers, the close installation width between centers is found to increase the slack side sag and yawp, and to control the precision of chain wheel production and the new typed Hy-Vo silent chain driving installation strictly is an efficient way to lower yawp. When the center is fixed, the new typed Hy-Vo silent chain pitch will be increased and the yawp will go higher. So the production precision of roller cold-drawing and link joint blanking should be raised; advanced assembly technology should be employed to avoid the over proved accumulated error.The meshing analysis and the designing method of new typed Hy-Vo silent chain,chain wheel and cutter rack which are put forward and researched by this dissertation have our nation's proprietary intellectual property right and face the inovation-oriented producing. It has the great science researching value and the great practical significance as well.The experimental result indicates that new typed Hy-Vo silent chain meshing mechanism discussed in this dissertation is scientific and feasible. The research has acquired phasic research result and has been used by related industries and interprises. It has been employed in such industries successfully as automobile, mechanics, metallurgy, petrifaction and electricity,etc. Its applicatable prospect is very wide. And its application must have great economic benefit and social benefit and be favorable for promoting technological innovation of related industries at the same time.
