Wind turbine is a rotary machine with the capability of converting wind energy into electrical energy.Their operating conditions are very bad as they usually operate in remote areas or offshore,and are readily affected by climate and geographical environment.Broken-down of wind turbine is likely to cause significant economic losses and even casualities,so that the wind power equipment manufacturers and the wind farm management operators pay more and more attention to the safety of wind turbine's operation,thus the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbine are put forward.The driveline of wind turbine is the subsystem with high rate of failure and contributes most of the down time to wind turbine.The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for the driveline can reduce the failure rate,maintenance cost and down time,so it has practical engineering meaning and economic benefit.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analysis of the basic characteristics of the vibration of the wind turbine transmission system:Based on the vibration monitoring data of the actual operation of the wind turbine transmission system,the vibration characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox are analyzed,and the typical fault of the gear box Mechanism and fault characteristics to provide rich raw data.(2)Analysis of vibration condition evaluation index of wind turbine transmission system:The characteristics of VDI3834 standard of vibration evaluation table used in domestic wind power industry are analyzed,and the vibration acceleration and vibration velocity parameters are analyzed as the difference of state evaluation parameters.Parametric Conversions and Their Effects on Vibration Evaluation.(3)Analysis method and its implementation of vibration signal envelope:The method of amplitude demodulation of vibration signal based on Hilbert transform is studied,and the method is applied to the actual vibration signal analysis of wind turbine to verify the practical application effect.
