As the energy crisis and environmental pollution problem becomes more and more serious, all over the world pay more and more attention to use the wind energy to produce electricity. With the development of wind power technology, people gradually pay attention to the operation safety of wind generator. Wind power generator used safely is related to the length of life and the generating efficiency. Operation safety of wind generator in the relevant technology has become increasingly important role.Operation safety of wind generator includes many meanings. This thesis based on mechanical vibration of wind generator in operation, researching a set of vibration monitoring system.Based on the wind generator vibration monitoring system as the research target, real-time monitoring the vibration of tower. When wind generator running, detecting tower vibration in each direction. Vibration monitoring system can set the alarm threshold according to different wind generator. When the alarm thresholds of wind generator vibration are reached, the monitoring system can give an alarm automatically and remind the wind generator main control system. Vibration monitoring can protect wind generator by preventing wind generator damage from excessive vibration. At the same time, monitoring system provides full position and wide band of vibration data to PC Analysis System. Time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis based on these data. Monitoring parameters can be revised. Therefore control precision and skill levels can be improved.Wind generator vibration monitoring system includes Vibration Detection Module, Vibration Monitoring Module and PC analysis module. Overall system structure and function, the software and hardware design of each module are described in details.
