At present,in the face of the renewable energy of coal,natural gas,petroleum and other fossil energy shortage,people began to seek the development of renewable energy,such as wind energy,solar energy,energy conversion,has become a common understanding of the world's focal point question.The wind power industry has developed into a pillar of the third major energy industry,which has become the dominant position in China's economic development.It is also one of the new energy sources of China's key development.Has now been put into production of a horizontal axis and vertical axis wind turbine types are mainly two kinds big,in the operation of units or in the horizontal axis of the doubly-fed wind power generator is given priority to,but the transmission part of the structure is complex,for early operation of unit,failure frequency on the transmission part increase gradually,to later period maintenance cost is proportional to the increase,bring huge cost to production unit,in order to reduce the cost of this part,need timely preventive maintenance fan at the scene.Vibration signal as the carrier of the transmission structure,can be in advance by vibration signal analysis do preventive maintenance,which is the most effective solutions,based on the vibration data,and combining with various vibration analysis method,the wind turbines driving equipment fault diagnosis and analysis.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Describe the structure and working principle of wind turbines,the wind generator for common faults through statistical analysis and comparison,through the analysis of the fault can be concluded that the transmission fault impact on the utilization rate of wind farm can be the most obvious part,including the main shaft,gear box,gear train and generator bearing fault,the fault causes fan long downtime,so a single year-round availability of the fan is most affected,so need to predict fault point in advance,eliminate the malfunction as soon as possible,improve the utilization hours of fan.(2)This thesis in view of the wind turbine gearbox,generator drive side/non drive side bearing parts such as vibration signal acquisition and sensor signal acquisition through the lower machine filter,A/D conversion,amplification and other processing,then through the optical fiber transmission to the PC server,using vibration analysis system to analyze the vibration data.This article mainly involves the analysis method for the analysis of time domain and frequency domain,time domain analysis method to conduct a preliminary data analysis,waveform data is straightforward,take the spectrum and a detailed analysis of vibration data,spectral envelope of accurate judge fault type and fault development trend.(3)In this project,the VB.NET development environment under Visual Studio is selected,and the program interface code is written for the vibration monitoring system of wind turbine.Through Matlab wavelet analysis toolbox,part of wind turbine drive monitoring data analysis of vibration signal processing,VB.NET from Matlab data,provide the visual graphic data to field personnel to check.(4)The system through the analysis of the vibration monitoring vibration of motor bearing fault,combined with the axis of the wind farm SCADA monitoring system to obtain the information such as current,speed and bearing temperature of electric erosion bearing fault is analyzed,it is concluded that the cause of the electric erosion mechanism and bearing suppression countermeasure.
