With the development and progress of the world economy,the problem of environmental pollution is attracting more and more attention.In this context,the electric vehicles(EVs)and renewable energy is developing rapidly.However,the large-scale of EVs will adversely affect the stable operation of the power grid,and the volatility of renewable energy also limits its capacity to connect to the grid on a large scale.Therefore,this paper studies on the load characteristics of EVs and its cooperative scheduling with renewable energy.The main results and innovations are as follows:First of all,the load characteristics of different type of EVs are analyzed.Base on the background load data of a region in Beijing,use the Monte Carlo simulation method to analyze the influence of EV charging on the power grid,and on the basis of the results,the prospect of large-scale application of EVs is analyzed.Put forward reasonable dispatching measures for different types of EVs.Secondly,the application prospect of high power charging is analyzed.Taking electric taxi as an example,the charging load characteristics including average,deviation,fluctuating and regional unbalance of different scale of electric taxis and different charging power are studied.The influence of high power charging on the power grid is analyzed.The application prospect of high power charging is analyzed from the point of power grid security.The results show that high power charging has a great influence on the power grid.Finally,the cooperative scheduling of EVs and renewable energy is studied.A two-level coordinated optimization model of EVs and renewable energy is established.The goal of the upper model is to minimize the equivalent load fluctuation,maximum renewable energy permeability,minimum battery loss and charge for the user,the lower layer model aims at realizing the load tracking,use the distributed control algorithm to control the charge and discharge power of each EV.The results show that the cooperative scheduling of EVs and renewable energy can effectively reduce the impact on the power grid,improve the permeability of renewable energy,and taking the demand for reducing battery loss and charging cost of users into account.And with the increase of the EVs,the results are better.
