With the increasing shortage of energy worldwide,how to achieve sustainable development has become a common concern of all countries,and electric vehicles have emerged under this background.With the advantages of low energy consumption and flexible dispatching performance,electric vehicles have been vigorously promoted in China and even in many countries and regions around the world,and their market influence is constantly increasing.Scientific and reasonable energy scheduling for electric vehicles is particularly important to improve the energy utilization level,maintain the safe and stable operation of the power system and enhance the user experience.However,there is still some space to maximize the utilization of its scheduling performance.Based on this,while considering the path selection and the consumption of renewable energy,this paper puts forward the relevant strategy of EV charging energy scheduling.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the related theories of EV charging scheduling are introduced.The theoretical model of disordered charging of electric vehicles,the output model of renewable energy and the queuing theory are described,and the role of each theory in the formulation of charging scheduling strategy of electric vehicles is analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,based on the grid operation and real-time traffic information,an energy scheduling strategy considering EV charging path selection is proposed.In addition to providing users with the shortest choice of charging path,this strategy also aims to utilize EV charging behavior to minimize the load fluctuation of the power grid for optimal scheduling.Moreover,the charging power adjustment model of electric vehicles is established to adjust the charging power according to the operation of the power grid,so as to achieve the purpose of restraining the load fluctuation of the power system through the charging response of electric vehicles.In addition,a navigation plan that takes into account real-time information of power system,traffic system and charging station is provided for each EV that responds to scheduling strategy.Meanwhile,the improved Dijkstra algorithm improves its solving performance.Finally,based on the consideration of the flexibility of EV charging and discharging,a charging station energy scheduling strategy for collaborative optimization of EV and renewable energy output was proposed.This strategy aims at maximizing the consumption of renewable energy and minimizing the charging cost of EV users for optimal scheduling.For each EV entering the charging station,the flexibility of charging and discharging is evaluated according to the initial state of charge of the battery when it is connected to the power system,so as to obtain the real-time schedulability level of the whole charging station.According to the dispatchable level of the charging station and the output of renewable energy,the optimal charging and discharging plan is formulated for each EV connected to the charging station.
