Large-scale applications of electric vehicles will affect running, planning and construction of the power grid, the realization of ordered charging for electric vehicles may reduce its negative effects, improve the grid’s capacity to electric vehicles,which is of vital significance. The main contents of this paper includes overall analysis of electric vehicles and filling station industry, research for the needs of electric vehicle charging and load characteristics, and study ofcharacteristics for different types of electric vehicles in Beijing.In addition, according to the peak time, peak value and charge energy demand of charging power,theyare chosen as important degree evaluation indicators, with sensitivity analysis study of the law for the impact of electric vehicles, charging needs as a key factor based on a random variable of linear theoretical study of the impact of electric vehicles, charging needs various elements of coupling between the characteristics, which is based on the core density function and have been taken into account in the theory of the copula integrated information of electric vehiclescharging needs calculation model.Finally, this article also gives the building of charging facilities for electric vehicles, and the basic principles for the charge, switch power plant optimization layout problems, respectively based on the equivalent of energy planning methodologies charging facilities, simplified candidate site of the charging station layout planning methods and electric buses charge switch power plant optimization planning methodology. For electric car access distribution network planning issues, this paper proposed idea of a multiple electric vehicle charging station active distribution network optimization planning methodology.According to the safe, economical, reliability and power quality, this paper explains the establishment of a quantitative assessment of electric vehicles based on these four aspects, and it also gives appropriate assessment methods. Study results show that the subject matter of the quantitative assessment indicators that could be a comprehensive way to depict the electric car scale orderly charging of the power grid in the combined effects way, and the related policy also has a large engineering and practical significance.
