| At present,the development of renewable energy has received great attention from all over the world.The proportion of Low-carbon clean energy led by wind power is more and more high.There is a trend of further development.With the convening of the 19th Chinese Communist Party Congress,reducing subsidies,reducing costs,stabilizing the scale,and integrating industry supervision policy will be gradually implemented.Without proper restructuring and upgrading,the wind power industry will face severe challenges.In order te improve the economic benefit of wind power,the efficiency of wind turbine should be improved and the unnecessary power loss of the unit should be reduced.Wind turbine is the research content of this paper.The power consumption of each unit of the system was analyzed.Specific work is as follows.Starting from the electric equipment of wind turbines,this paper analyzes the Operation Law and working principle of each electric equipment including yaw system,pitch system,temperature control system,hydraulic system and illumination system.It analyzes the main sources of energy consumption and energy saving measures of each system.This paper introduces SCADA system and the self-power consumption testing equipment.It analyzes the principle and constitution of testing equipment.The SCADA data of wind farm and the data of power consumption detection should.be matched.The information of the equipment is corrected by the program that is written with LAB VIEW.According to the different power consumption equipment starting and stopping with the change of wind speed,the model of the change of the power consumption is established.Then,a total self-power consumption model is obtained.A self-power consumption simulation software is established.At last,the feasibility of changing the control strategy of the high speed oil pump of the gearbox and the fan of the gearbox is validated from the theoretical and practical two angles by using the data of four sets of wind power generating sets.This paper analyzes the reasons for the unsatisfactory effect of the power consumption optimization,and concludes that the device can reduce the power consumption by changing the control strategy. |
