Construction Monitoring Of Caisson Underground Mechanical Garage

At present,the caisson structure has developed into one of the common structures of underground structures in the soil layer.The uniqueness of the caisson foundation is that the buried depth is very large,the force stability is good,the whole structure is strong and can bear the huge upper vertical and horizontal load,small footprint,its internal space can be fully utilized for large cities witch is in the limited use of land,but also as a retaining cofferdam structure,do not set the support and sheet pile envelope,simplify the process,The impact on the surrounding structure is small,suitable for coastal developed areas.In this paper,the development and current status of caisson construction at home and abroad are summarized.The observation data of stress,displacement and groundwater height in the process of sinking are analyzed.Through the monitoring of the whole process of caisson construction:Through the stress monitoring system,the stress status of the key parts during the construction of the caisson is collected and analyzed.The data measured by the disturbance of the uncertain factors in the initial period will fluctuate slightly,but the overall evaluation structure is out of the safe state.The stress in the well during the whole sinking process is small and is within the allowable range.The results show that the stress value of the well is less than the theoretical calculation value,and the well force is good.During the construction process,there is no obvious subsidence change in the ground and the surrounding environment,and the sedimentation value is within the warning value,which will not affect the construction of the caisson and the surrounding area.The Observation well level changes smoothly.And there is no significant decline in pumping water,and there was no groundwater during excavation,indicating that the effect of water curtains significantly,well construction safety.Finally,the paper summarizes the work of the whole paper,and provides a reliable monitoring method for the smooth construction of the caisson.At the same time for the infrastructure on the stability of the environment and the impact of security accumulated experience in order to further study.
