Relying on the construction of super anchorage caisson foundation of Dalian Xinghaiwan ground-anchored suspension bridge,this paper analyzed the process stability,structural stress and deformation by finite element analysis method during the caission towing,anchorage and saddles construction,cable construction process,and ran on-site monitoring on strain variation when the super anchorage caisson was being towed and installated.Through model test,it tested the characters of the caisson towing in veriable working conditions.Compiling the command flow by APDL language,established a finite element model(using ANSYS SOLID65 unit)for super anchorage caisson,compared the local stress of the caisson towing points,intercompared the results and recommends the optimization suggestions on both the proposed the tow ring size and trailers force.This paper introduced and classified the stability and stress deformation analzing methord for super anchorage caisson foundation,by using the rigid model,analyzed the anti-dumping and anti-sliding stability of the super anchorage caisson foundation for ground-anchored suspension bridge of Dalian Xinghaiwan.Etablished super anchorage caisson finite element model by ANSYS SHELL181 unit,analyzed the internal force and deformation displacement of giant caisson foundation after assembly and forming construction of the anchor block and steelwire,and finally revealed the tension resistance of outwall of the concrete caissons is weak under tension force.Intergrated a strain monitoring and data logging system with high performance of waterproof,anti-heating and electromagnetic interference,it monitored and collected the stress variation of super anchorage caisson of the ground-anchored suspension bridge during main span installating and constructing process,analyzed the experimental data by Matlab mathematical tools.By comparing the calculation and proven data,it verified the effective of the theoretical analysis method,and summarized the control points of construction operation for super caisson.Through this study,eventually mastered a reliable mathematical model analysis solution for super anchorage caisson,accumulated the finite element analysis techniques for super concrete gravity structure,excluded numerous analysis obstacles and verified by practical monitoring,offered optimization suggestions for the design and constructing solution of the super anchorage caisson,and finally ensured the site construction safely and accurately performed.
